We are seeking an experienced Fresh Food Specialist – Bakery to oversee bakery operations, maintain product quality and freshness, and improve operational performance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: -Oversee bakery operations and maintain high standards of quality and freshness. -Lead, train, and support the team. -Ensure product availability, attractive merchandising, and excellent customer service. -Monitor food safety, stock levels, and waste control. -Coordinate with store management, retail operations, supply chain, and marketing. -Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a focus on customer service, food safety, and waste control, are essential.

Divide dough in pieces, roll and shape. Check proofing (rising)
Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
Assemble and decorate products (biscuit layers, butter cream, sauces, glancing...)
Mix ingredients for dough, pudding, decorations and desserts
Select/dose ingredients (flour, yeast, additives...) to prepare bread dough/pastry dough. Mix/knead/roll out dough
