SOME PEOPLE SEE OLD BUILDINGS. YOU SEE MILLION-EURO OPPORTUNITIES.

Behind every beautiful Valletta doorway, there's a story.

Behind every historic palazzo, townhouse or investment property, there could be your next big sale.

And if you know how to recognise potential, connect with buyers and close deals, we'd love to meet you!

Simon Mamo Real Estate is looking for an experienced, ambitious Sales Realtor to join our Valletta branch.

Imagine working in one of Europe's most beautiful capital cities, surrounded by stunning architecture, historic properties and exciting investment opportunities.

This isn't your average property market.

And we're not looking for your average realtor.

KNOW YOUR PROPERTY. KNOW YOUR CLIENT. KNOW YOUR WORTH.

We're looking for someone who understands that selling property is about more than opening doors.

It's about recognising value, building trust, understanding buyers and knowing how to turn interest into a successful sale.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY COULD BE...

Listing a beautiful Valletta townhouse
Showing an investor a property full of potential
Introducing buyers to historic houses of character
Negotiating the sale of a luxury apartment or penthouse
Building relationships with owners and investors
Discovering opportunities across Valletta and the rest of Malta
Growing your own reputation in the property sales market

WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU?

An established real estate brand behind you
A fantastic working location in the heart of Valletta
Access to a large property database across Malta
Attractive commission structure with excellent earning potential
Marketing support and tools to promote your listings
Technology and systems to help you work smarter
A supportive team and experienced leadership
The opportunity to build your name in a unique property market

HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

Previous real estate sales experience is required
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Confidence dealing with property owners, buyers and investors
A professional, proactive and results-driven approach
Excellent English communication skills
Additional languages are an advantage
Good computer and social media skills
A genuine interest in architecture, property and investment opportunities

Knowledge of Valletta's property market and historic buildings would be a fantastic advantage.

VALLETTA HAS THE HISTORY. YOU COULD BE PART OF ITS NEXT CHAPTER.

Beautiful properties. Interesting people. Serious opportunities.

We want someone who appreciates the character of the city but also knows that great sales come from hard work, relationships and results.

Someone who doesn't just admire the buildings.

Someone who knows how to sell them.

READY TO OPEN SOME VERY INTERESTING DOORS?

Bring your experience, ambition and passion for property.

We'll bring the backing of Simon Mamo Real Estate.

Apply today and let's talk about your next big sale!
