EXPERIENCED RENTAL REALTOR | QAWRA

YOU KNOW THE GAME. YOU KNOW THE MARKET. NOW LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS!

You've done the viewings.

You've chased the leads.

You've negotiated with landlords, dealt with demanding clients and experienced that brilliant feeling of closing a rental deal.

So, we're not going to explain how real estate works to you!

Simon Mamo Real Estate is looking for experienced Rental Realtors to join our Qawra branch.

We're looking for people who know how to turn enquiries into viewings, viewings into offers and offers into signed agreements.

People who don't wait for the phone to ring. They make things happen.

YOU BRING THE EXPERIENCE. WE'LL BRING THE OPPORTUNITY.

Based in our fantastic, spacious Qawra office, you'll be part of a team that understands the pace of the rental market.

Out meeting owners in the morning, showing properties in the afternoon and negotiating your next deal before the day is done.

You know the routine. And you love the buzz!

WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU?

An established real estate brand behind you
A fantastic, spacious office in a great Qawra location
Access to a large database of rental properties
Attractive commission structure and excellent earning potential
Marketing support and tools to promote your listings
Technology and systems to help you work smarter
A supportive team and experienced leadership
The opportunity to grow your client network and reputation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous real estate rental experience is required
Strong knowledge of the rental process
Confidence in dealing with landlords and tenants
Good negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
Excellent English communication skills
Additional languages are an advantage
Good computer and social media skills
Your own transport for property viewings

WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO FILL A DESK.

We're looking for someone who knows how to fill a diary with viewings, build relationships with owners and get deals over the line.

Someone who understands that in rentals, timing matters, follow-up matters and enthusiasm makes all the difference.

YOU'VE GOT THE EXPERIENCE. LET'S PUT IT TO WORK.

A great office. A strong property database. A team ready to welcome you.

Now all we need is someone who knows how to turn opportunities into results.

Ready to make your next move?

Apply today and let's talk rentals!
