Monitoring: Monitor the "shop window" to ensure all promotions are displayed correctly across our products and that the customer journey is working as intended.
Support: Act as the main point of contact for our support team regarding customer queries related to global promotions, and collaborate closely with them to optimise customer journeys and reduce contact-drivers.
