We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Servers to join our front-of-house team in our high-end restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Explain menu items, allergens, and daily specials while recommending additional items.
Handle customer bills and payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter / server will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in English is essential.
Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A valid Food Handler's Licence will be considered an asset.
Applicants must be residing in Malta and hold a valid Maltese working permit.
