The Role:

Social Media & Content Creation: Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including copywriting, campaign visuals, promotional materials, and daily content.

Website & Brand Management: Manage website updates and digital content while maintaining consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all outlets and marketing channels, ensuring compliance with international brand standards.

Partnerships & Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with corporate organisations, brands, embassies, associations, and other relevant stakeholders to generate new business opportunities, drive memberships, and promote restaurant, hotel, fitness, and wellness offerings.

Marketing Planning & Performance Reporting: Maintain detailed marketing calendars, coordinate campaign activations, monitor conversion rates, analyse advertising performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness and commercial ROI.

Creative Production & Design: Plan and coordinate on-site photography and video shoots to capture engaging content across dining, nightlife, fitness, and wellness offerings. Provide hands-on support with creative design and other marketing materials as required.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, digital media developments, and emerging marketing opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and campaign performance.

Budget & Agency Coordination: Support marketing budget management, coordinate external agencies and creative partners, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with commercial objectives.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and venue managers to align marketing activities with operational priorities, deliver successful campaigns, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
